I am very fortunate to have been able to donate my time for four consecutive years now to the Ability Camp at Achieve Tahoe, formerly known as Disabled Sports USA Far West, an amazing non profit out of Alpine Meadows, Lake Tahoe that provides affordable inclusive physical and recreational activities that build health and confidence to the disabled.  I’m especially excited about their recent name change.  They really wanted something that highlight the inclusiveness and the opportunities that they provided and I think it’s a perfect fit.  Every year, the Achieve Tahoe Ability Camp offers a week long program, providing specialized instruction in adaptive alpine skiing and snowboarding for up to 35 disabled veterans and their guests.

Big thanks to Northstar, and Squaw and Alpine Ski Resorts, and Wanderlust Yoga for stepping up again this year and for sponsoring such an amazing program.

If you participated inAchieve Tahoe’s Ability Camp anytime in the last four years, you may find your galleries via this link.  Here’s a handful of my favorite images from the week.
