I have been a traveling corporate event photographer for over a decade now, serving events such as SXSW in Austin, the NICC in Reno, CES in Las Vegas, and more. When I was hired by Greenblue to photograph their Austin event, SPC Impact, they were so pleased with my deliverables that I am now their in-house event photographer. Most recently, I was thrilled to perform as a Boston event photographer for them at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport for SPC Advance, a smaller but still fascinating event by a company I love working for.

I hadn’t been to Boston in quite some time and the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport was a perfect choice for their corporate function, with impressive modernized facilities all contained within a short distance from each other. Their state-of-the-art and versatile event spaces include sleek, comfortable boardrooms to spacious ballrooms that were easily changeable during the day for smaller and larger events as our schedule needs changed. In short, the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport provides the flexibility and technology required to cater to the unique needs of any corporate function.

Why Choose the Boston Seaport for Your Corporate Event?

  1. Accessibility and Eco-Friendly Transportation Options: Positioned strategically, the Seaport district offers easy access to Logan International Airport and major transportation hubs. This ensures that your event is conveniently reachable for attendees traveling from various locations. With its plethora of bike lanes, walkability, public transit accessibility, and even electric vehicle charging stations, the Seaport encourages sustainable transportation. I was able to take the bus to work almost every day from a different neighborhood to work as a Boston event photographer, which made me feel confident that I was contributing to the sustainability of the event while minimizing my carbon footprint.
  2. Breathtaking Waterfront Views:The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport provides not only comfortable and modernized accommodations but also breathtaking views of the Boston Harbor. Imagine hosting your event against the backdrop of sparkling waters and city lights, adding a touch of sophistication and ambiance that leaves a lasting impression.
  3. Locally Sourced and Sustainable Dining:The Seaport district boasts a diverse array of restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. Whether you’re planning an upscale gala or a more relaxed networking event for your event’s social hours, you’ll find the perfect spot to suit your needs and provide an unforgettable experience for your guests. In addition, for SPC Advance it was a bonus that the Seaport’s culinary scene boasts a commitment to sustainability with locally sourced and responsibly produced seafood that aligned with eco-friendly event goals.

As advocates for sustainability in the packaging industry, Greenblue and the Sustainable Packaging Coalition play crucial roles in promoting eco-friendly practices, which makes me feel great about working for them. I love contributing to the cause as their Boston event photographer and helping document the organizations and events that offer resources, guidance, and certification programs to help businesses reduce their environmental impact in the packaging industry.  By fostering innovative solutions and partnerships across the board Greenblue.org and the Sustainable Packaging Coalition are helping build a more sustainable world, allowing businesses to make informed choices about packaging materials, design, waste management and environmental impact. It’s an incredibly rewarding event to photograph every time.

Capturing Moments: The Role of a Boston Event Photographer

We all know I’m biased but as a decade plus veteran in the event photography industry, I’m here to encourage you to hire a Boston event photographer (ahem, me) for your event. Event photography by a competent and experienced professional is indispensable for ensuring the success and lasting impact of your event. A professional event photographer with my kind of experience goes beyond capturing basic board room moments: I’m exceptionally good at capturing the dynamic energy of a conference presentation. From candid shots of networking and interactions to documenting the use of space in the venue, I’m going to provide you with valuable assets for future promotions, marketing, and sharing the unique experience of your occasion with a broader audience. In essence, hiring me as your Boston event photographer is not just a service: it’s an investment that will pay off for years to come in marketing materials.
