Las Vegas Event Photographer

Las Vegas Event Photographer

If you are hosting a conference, trade show, product launch, investor event, gala, or brand activation in Las Vegas, you need a photographer who can handle fast turnarounds, crowded venues, nonstop schedules, and high-stakes deliverables. I work as a Las Vegas event photographer for brands that need clean, polished, storytelling-driven images. I pride myself on working as independently as needed and as efficiently as possible. I have experience working CES. If you don’t know, every January, this all night city transforms into the epicenter of innovation, with brands from around the world showcasing their latest technology to hundreds of thousands of attendees. As a Las Vegas event photographer with years of CES and SXSW coverage under my belt, I know how to navigate the pace, scale, and demands of this one-of-a-kind event.

Las Vegas is one of the busiest convention and corporate event destinations in the world, with events happening everywhere from the Las Vegas Convention Center, Venetian Expo, and Mandalay Bay to private suites, lounges, rooftops, and off-site experiences. I know how to navigate large-scale venues, security checkpoints, trade show lighting, and the general circus that is Vegas during major events. Y’all, I can LEAD you through the Venetian.

Because I spend time split between Reno/Tahoe and Austin, I’m perfectly poised to work as a Las Vegas event photographer and corporate event photographer regardless of the time of year.  Fun fact: my rates are the same no matter the location, so you’ll get consistent, high-quality coverage whether your booth is on the show floor at the Las Vegas Convention Center or your product demo is happening in a private suite at The Venetian, or in Austin, TX, or Washington DC.  You need a photographer that can move, grow, and learn what your deliverables should be? Hi! It’s me.

CES and Las Vegas Corporate Event Photographer

CES is a whirlwind: with millions of square feet of exhibit space, thousands of vendors, and endless opportunities to capture attention. I approach CES photography with speed, precision, and a focus on delivering the images you need to:

  • Showcase booth activations and product displays.
  • Highlight brand ambassadors, speakers, and VIP interactions.
  • Create high-impact visuals for press releases, investor decks, and social media.

Bonus Opportunity – Team Headshots at CES

CES is one of the few times many companies have their entire leadership or sales team in one place. I offer on-site headshot sessions at your booth, meeting space, or hotel suite, complete with professional lighting, quick turnaround, and a relaxed atmosphere so even camera-shy team members feel comfortable. It’s the perfect way to refresh your company’s LinkedIn profiles, marketing materials, and internal directory while everyone is together.

Outside of CES, Las Vegas is home to events of every size: from tech conferences at Mandalay Bay to leadership retreats at Wynn, and gala dinners at the Venetian. My approach stays the same: anticipate the action, capture connection, and deliver assets that drive your event’s ROI.

Same-Day Delivery and Fast Turnaround

At CES and other Las Vegas events, timing is everything. As your Las Vegas Event Photographer, I’m ready and able to provide same-day highlights, typically 30 to 100 fully edited images, depending on the length of contract, so your marketing and PR teams can publish immediately. Your complete gallery is delivered within three business days, giving you fresh, high-quality content while the buzz is still high.

Why Clients Bring Me Back

Large-scale events like CES demand a Las Vegas Event photographer who can adapt quickly, move efficiently through crowded spaces, and maintain brand consistency across multiple activations. I learn your priorities, your people, and your event flow so I can deliver exactly what you need, whether we’re working in Austin, Las Vegas, or anywhere else your events take us. Let’s do this!

By |April 14th, 2025|Categories: Austin, Commercial Photography, Event Photos|Tags: , , |

When Kinaxis brought their North American team to the Fairmont Austin, they created more than an event—they built a full-scale brand experience. From candid team moments and custom activations (puppy lounge, anyone?) to a private concert with Nelly, I was there to capture it all with a focus on storytelling, not just documentation. The result? A gallery that helped their team connect, celebrate, and even pitch future sponsors with confidence. This is corporate event photography that actually works for your brand—during the event and long after the lights go down.

My SXSW 2025 Highlights: My Top 10

By |March 24th, 2025|Categories: Austin, Commercial Photography, Concerts, Event Photos, music, SXSW|Tags: , , |

As usual, SXSW 2025 was a whirlwind of incredible moments, and I had the privilege of capturing them firsthand. From watching Sir Jude work her magic at the Central Presbyterian Church, to witnessing Sam Ryder’s explosive debut at the BME, it was a week full of surprises. I got to photograph artists whose music and energy left a lasting impression, including Bruvvy’s chaotic messy set and the powerful discussions at panels like Defying Invisibility with the lead actors from Hulu's new show Deli Boys. SXSW is always a unique experience, but this year felt particularly special, and I can’t wait to see where these artists go next.

SXSW Survival Tips: How to Survive SXSW | Part 2

SXSW, otherwise known as my absolute favorite 10 days of the year, every year, is an annual convergence of technology, film, and music in Austin, Texas.  It's 10 days of thriving on adrenaline and chaos.  It's a beacon of creativity and innovation.  Drawing attendees from diverse industries worldwide, it's unparalleled popularity can certainly be attributed to the dynamic blend of cutting-edge technology showcases, an extensive list of film premieres, and my favorite - the off-the-beaten-path version of its music festival which celebrates and heralds unsigned and new artists. As promised, I'm back with part II in my series on how to survive SXSW like a pro with more SXSW survival tips.

How to Survive SXSW | Part 1

75,000 people are about to descend upon Austin, TX for SXSW, one of the world's premier music, film and tech festivals.  While SXSW is mostly known for its music festival, what really brings the money to Austin (and $350 million plus of it at that), is the Interactive portion, which draws a young audience of inventors, investors and risk takers looking for networking opportunities and the next big thing.  At any given moment all over the city there are thousands of opportunities to learn, network, workshop and cultivate relationships.  For over 12 years now, I've been working for the Sales Department at the event, as a client event photographer responsible for documenting the return on investment for their sponsors. It's exhausting. It's exhilarating. It's incredibly fun. If you're attending for the first time and looking for some answers on how to survive SXSW, I got you boo.
