Corporate Event Photographer FAQs

I’m efficient, methodical, and intentional in how I work. Before every event, I draft a plan tailored to your schedule, priorities, and key moments, and I work backwards from that plan so I never miss the shots that matter most. My goal is to create images that convey genuine connection and candid emotion, not just a record of what happened. On event day, I move quickly, make confident decisions on the fly, and bring as much positivity as possible. I treat unexpected challenges as opportunities to problem-solve, not problems to stress over, ensuring your photography experience is seamless from start to finish.

You’ll receive a set of fully edited highlight images—typically between 30 and 100, depending on the length of your contract—the same day your event wraps. These are ready to use immediately for press releases, social media, and internal communications. The full gallery is delivered within three business days of the event’s end.

Efficiency is my middle name. Years of corporate event experience mean I know how to work in environments where moments happen quickly and can’t be repeated. I anticipate key interactions, move strategically through the space, and make sure nothing essential gets missed.
Absolutely. While many of my clients first find me in Austin, my rates are the same no matter where your event takes place. That consistency is why clients bring me back year after year for events in Chicago, Boston, New Orleans, Reno/Tahoe, Las Vegas, Sacramento, San Francisco, and beyond.
Loyalty is a cornerstone of my business. Working with the same photographer over time builds trust, efficiency, and brand consistency. I learn your event flow, your VIPs, and your visual style, which means less onboarding for you and faster, more targeted results for your marketing, press, and sponsorship needs.
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing my work out in the world—on your social feeds, in press coverage, on websites, and in sponsorship decks. When my images help you sell out next year’s event or land a major sponsor, I know I’ve done my job.
For new clients, I’m happy to review and prioritize shot lists. For repeat clients, I often don’t need them because I already know your must-have moments, key players, and brand style. That’s one of the big efficiency gains of loyalty in corporate event photography.
Yes—and I understand how important they are. I make sure sponsor activations, logos, and branding are clearly and attractively represented in your gallery. This consistency helps you deliver ROI to your sponsors and makes it easier to secure future partnerships.
Conferences, trade shows, product launches, nonprofit galas, brand activations, corporate retreats, networking events—you name it. Whether it’s 50 executives in a boardroom or 5,000 attendees in a convention center, I tailor my approach to your goals.
I rely on patience and observance as much as I rely on my camera. In big, bustling environments like large event tents, I don’t just chase action—I watch, anticipate, and wait for those moments of genuine connection and emotion to naturally unfold. That patience often leads to more authentic, storytelling images. When faced with challenging personalities or tricky situations, I stay calm, adapt my approach, and use subtle interaction to help people relax. For on-site headshots, I create an approachable, professional setup and work efficiently so each subject feels comfortable, confident, and well-represented in their final image.
That’s where experience counts. With 15 years of experience working for fast paced, widely varied events from SXSW to CES, I’m prepared for all of it, from dark ballrooms to quick turnarounds, and I come with backup gear, lighting solutions, and a flexible plan to adapt on the spot.
Because every event is different, I create custom proposals based on your needs, coverage hours, and deliverables. Fill out my contact form and I’ll get back to you quickly with options that fit your budget and goals.
