Chicago Event Photographer

Chicago Event Photographer

Chicago’s energy is unmatched and with skyline views, historic architecture, and a really fantastic music and restaurant scene, it’s one of my favorite destinations for corporate events. Over the years, I’ve been incredibly fortunate to work as a Chicago Event Photographer for a number of my repeat clients. While many of my clients first hire me in Austin, they often bring me along to photograph their conferences, meetings, and events in other destinations nationwide and I love nothing more than a great reason to travel and be your Chicago event photographer. My rates are the same no matter the city, so you can enjoy consistent, high-quality coverage whether you’re local to Chicago or hosting your event here for the first time.

Corporate Events in Chicago

With event venue options like the Hilton Chicago, The Hyatt Regency Chicago, and their convention center, Chicago offers the perfect mix of large-scale convention spaces and stylish boutique venues, making it ideal for everything from multi-day trade shows to intimate leadership summits.

Whether I’m working as a Chicago event photographer or anywhere else, I focus on capturing both the scale and the human moments, including the networking conversations, keynote speakers, sponsor activations, and all the details your event team worked so hard to plan. Clients routinely rave about my ability to deliver more consistent and quality images than any photographer they’ve worked with before. I excel at candids and dynamic speaker images because I have the patience to wait for the moments to happen.

Why Clients Bring Me Back

Working with the same event photographer across cities means you never have to start from scratch. I already know your brand, your must-have shots, and your event’s unique rhythm. That familiarity allows me to work faster, anticipate important moments, and deliver images you can use immediately for marketing, social media, and press.

Whether we’re in Chicago in the summer or braving the winter winds off Lake Michigan, you’ll get the same attention to detail, speed, and professionalism you expect from me in Austin.

Contact me to talk about hiring me as your upcoming Chicago event photographer and we’ll create a custom photography plan that’s on-brand and on time.
